Looks like another buying opportunity before the big rise. With URW not paying a dividend until 2nd half of next year, I don't expect it to recover until early next year.
I will be buying more at $4.50
$6 by the end of the year
$12.50 by the end of next year with a Loan to Value ratio of 50% (Debt to Equity 100%).
If asset values come back to pre COVID levels, URW could be $18 in 5 years with a LVR of 43% (Debt to Equity of 75%)
This assumes no nuclear war and the war in Ukraine come to an end.
