Another acquisition by this emerging ASX 300 company
Given the market update last week was highlighting the boards and managements ability to not only find quality add ons but to gain synergies from past acquisitions this news is great
I really like that this additional acquisition comes without any need for a CR can only add to the EPS equation.
This also speaks well to the board initiative to re invest at least 50% of the profit back in to the business , and to not fritter it away in dividends is sound whilst growing at a rate of 50% is Sage
PGC $1.00 by Xmas in my view and a Prada collect !
