    PRESS ROOM
Vanuatu Internet Data Centre (VIDC) is pleased to announce that it has secured its first online casino
The first of its kind in Internet history, the online branded casino will feature the name and likeness of the late Sammy Davis Jr., one of the most respected and talented entertainers the world has ever seen. Sammy Davis Jr., together with the other members of the legendary "Rat Pack" played a major role in the development of Las Vegas as an entertainment capital.

VIDC will provide a turnkey solution for the Sammy Davis Jr. online casino. Hosting services include access to technology through the provision of software under licence from the GET Group and access to the licensed premises required to operate an online casino through the establishment of the data centre in Vanuatu.

The Sammy Davis Jr. online casino is scheduled for launch in OCT 2002.(amended)

remember TGL has only 15 mill shares on Issue and a good cash backing to carry it through.

p.s. there is lots more going on to.....in Europe and USA.

    FAQ
Q: Why should I host in Vanuatu?
A: Due to its proximity to Australia, Vanuatu has adopted a comprehensive and mature regulatory model. Moreover, Vanuatu is well placed for GET engineers to work onsite. Vanuatu offers compelling corporate tax structures and a stable political environment.

Q: I have concerns about Vanuatu's infrastructure. What measures have you taken?
A: Port Vila's infrastructure should not be underestimated: the city has hosted international firms such as KPMG and ANZ for some years. In addition, VIDC have installed a UPS and diesel generator with guaranteed uninterrupted power supplies. Moreover, the VIDC has been set up within one of the newest and most robust buildings in Port Vila.

Q: Data Centres are expensive to set up and run. What backing does VIDC have?
A: VIDC is wholly owned by TGL, a publicly listed Australian company with interests in IT venture capital and the gaming industry. Information relating to TGL can be provided upon request.

Q: Can I deal directly with GET?
A: Yes, if you are not looking to run your casino at VIDC.

Q: What is the relationship between VIDC and GET?
A: VIDC is wholly owned by the ASX-listed Trans-Global Interactive (TGL). VIDC has a licence from GET to sell GET's software.

Q: Do I have to use GET software at the VIDC?
A: No, but using GET software will allow for a quicker time to market and a complete suite of services.

Q: Can you guarantee adequate bandwidth?
A: VIDC has guaranteed bandwidth from Telecom Vanuatu Limited (TVL). VIDC has an ongoing relationship with TVL, helping TVL further to enhance its facilities. As an example of this ongoing relationship, TVL has installed a fibre-optic loop between the satellite earth station and VIDC's data centre.

Q: Can third parties develop games for the GET platform?
A: Yes, there are several options for creating new games for the GET platform: Option 1 GET develops the new game to the client’s specification for non-exclusive use. This is the most cost-effective approach for any client as it attracts a significantly discounted development rate.
Option 2 GET develops the new game to the client's specification for an agreed period of exclusive use (e.g. 6-12 months). This option attracts the GET standard development rate.
Option 3 A third party developer creates the game to run on the GET Platform. This requires a commercial arrangement between GET and the games developer. GET understands that clients want flexibility and choice when adding new games to the gaming platform. GET has previously worked with a number of games developers to add additional games utilising the GET Open API architecture.
