I doubt it , he will steal what he needs over the next 4 years ,
Now keep in mind , there may be a lag with Tesla sales , his very recent behaviour might not reflected as yet.

His bromance with Donald just might have a hint of self interest re tariffs on Chinese produced electric vehicles.
