One has to think Telstra believes China has a long way to go re telecommunications, and they're probably right. However with the relatively low level of wealth in this country they'll want to be careful how they expand into this market.Probably why they're concentrating on Shanghai initially with relatively higher wealth levels able to service the costs of better technology.Telstra at the $4.50 mark? Wish I could afford some even if they do go down a bit more.Best way to invest in Telstra at the moment?Id buy half now and half in 6/12 months. You'll either factor down or buy on a rising market.Only poor buggers with Telstra are those that picked up the 2nd tranch at $7 approx. Then again at this level they shouldve bought for dividend return, not capital gain.Wouldnt think one could go wrong with a company making 2 billion profit. As long as Arthur Andersens not the accountant!
