Hzn closed at 15 .5 c breaking through resistance at 15c. Looking at the weekly chart i believe there is plenty of gas left in the tank given decisions on upcoming projects namely marri and china beibu gulf are very near and an agreement in place with bank of scotland in place for financing. Also the price of oil can't either.
