TAM directors owe loyalty to existing shareholders, not to potential corporate predators imho.
Also it is important if they are going to make a call on the CA's, so TAMCA shareholders know exactly what that 19c call is going to buy in terms of the state of the TAM business.
At moment does anyone know when plant will be commissioned and running at commercial production?
Does anyone have an estimate of the capital required to get it to commercial production?
Do company have to provide this info as part of the proposed call on the TAMCA's?
