    Kallo Organic Low Salt Vegetable Stock Cubes 66g
    A low sodium, savoury base for soups, casserole, rice and pasta dishes.


    Cooking Instructions
    For delicious stock, dissolve one cube in 500ml boiling water.
    Recipe
    Gravy (serves 4): Dissolve one cube in 400ml boiling water and simmer. Blend 4 level tsp cornflour with 1 tsp mustard and 50ml wine in a cup. Add, stir and simmer to thicken. Finish with a knob of butter and a twist of black pepper. Spicy lentil soup (serves 2): Soften 1 onion, 1 stick celery and 1 small carrot chopped in 30ml/2 tbsp vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 150g red lentils and 1 litre stock. Simmer for 20 minutes and liquidise.
    Ingredients
    Yeast extract, sea salt, unhardened palm oil, dried vegetables (carrots, leek, celeriac, onions, red peppers), spices (garlic, curcuma, lovage), herbs (parsley, celery leaves).
