takeovers reference

I see that ABK has been referred to the takeovers panel by two Phosphate Resources shareholders, largely on the grounds of the rights issue not reflecting a takeover premium.

To me it just adds a bit of spice for a week or so, until it is clear what difference(if any) it will make.
