At present there is only one producer in Oz IPL at $138.00
per share,IPL also imports Rock Phosphate from Morocco who steal it from W Sahara.
MAK's Rock Phosphate deposit is of similar size as IPL.
IPL has 50m shares,and producing.
MAK has 64.2m shares but only 42.5m are tradable,21.6m Options tradable and 14.3m non tradedable Options.A total
of 100.1m shares of which 35.9m Options have a 30 cent convertion cost total $10.8m.not yet producing.
So if MAK is worth 2% of IPL it would be $2.70 +
at 5% $6.90
