NRW is well positioned to get sub contract work on any 'nation building' infrastructure projects like this one (especially if FAL goes well) and I suspect that there will be more of these if the economy stagnates in Aus and QE which has failed in Europe (badly failed) and US (largely failed) is replaced with fiscal pumping (I'm sure this will get gov contributions in some form) as the fashion of the day with economists that influence government policy. Senate Independents will support this type of thing for sure. Comes back to old mate etc point that FAL is important - in addition to the margins they need to deliver the project well like they did on Roy Hill to keep their reputation as solid and experienced.
