You leaving does not equal staff turnover is next level. you've complained about the camp chef before. I dont really notice any of these issues in the Qtr reports. The turnover isn't effecting mining costs, project deadlines, or cash flow. I've been investing in start up mining for 30 years and i've never seen a management team so effective at meeting deadlines, costs and forecasting.

Did you notice how often the analyst quoted above talk about camp food quality......it's not that high on the priority list!
