    Management are out of their depth, very inexperienced CEO and CFO.
    Supervisors are field assistants wearing ARM costumes.
    Big changes are needed. Camp is trash. Facilities Terrible.
    Some proper announcements, as opposed to micro-resulting drill results would be helpful.
    Staff turnover is next level.
