Hey Holders & Non-Holders,
I thought I would start a thread to review and discuss the following facts.
- No Director has left ISX (Except Dr George Theocharides, who left to be the Exec Chair of CySEC, Cyprus' ASIC, which is a once in a lifetime opportunity)
- No Executive has left ISX
- No C-Level staff has left ISX
- All Staff, directors, executives continue to convert performance shares.
For example Elizabeth Warren today converted her shares from her Employee Performance Rights, I will take a guess she would have paid out of her own pocket and it would have been taxable. If this is not a serious show of confidence I don't know what is.....
- 23,364 ISX Ordinary shares to be issued (arising from the vesting and conversion of 23,364 Employee Performance Rights previously issued and having a conversion date of 31/8/20)
- 1,565,000 ISX Ordinary shares to be issued (arising from the vesting and conversion of 1,565,000 Employee Performance Rights previously issued and having a conversion date of 1/9/20)

I want to put it out there and ask the non-holders if there's smoke in the building, why have all the above stood by JK throughout all this? One would assume a few would have smelt the smoke and ran for the fire exit?
