I guess the feds are letting the states run their own show but you would like to think that someone's checking that the basics are covered ?
I reckon they might be now.
Gets back to my original question of why doesn't Australia ( and the individual states ) have a basic pandemic policy already ? Particularly around hygiene and isolation. I guess that's why we end up with infected people in hotels that are still open to the public.
