All this action could be a pump into a CR. I have seen it before with BRN, TLG and some others. Alternatively it could be of taking a position at low prices.
I think that it's a coin toss call.
If it's a CR pump it should resolve itself in a relative short period (maybe well inside a month) with an announcement.
Hoping for no announcement inside a month. We shall see?
