    I propose a spill of the board be put forward at the next AGM. Either a spill of the board or a takeover needs to occur in the next 3 months before we run out of money. We cannot let the incompetence continue. We need competent, skilled management to run the show from now on, otherwise we will just continue to be promised the world and delivered nothing but dilution.
