sp manipulation or bad management?

Like many other shareholders, Im confused as to why ODS app. did not get announced AT ALL, let alone in its own price sensitive announcement!
This HAD the potential to get the SP moving again IF done in the right way...but that chance has been totally lost now.
Given MR has been saying all along in announcements and updates that the ODS app. is an upcoming event to look forward to, you really have to wonder WHY it was done in this way...PARTICULARLY in light of the obvious "leaky boat" syndrome the day before this announcement.

Was it a case of just very poor management....was it just a stuff up by the secretary....or was it planned and excecuted to perfection???

I think Mr Rogers owes us an explanation!!!
