    Celery soup thread is a bit contaminated with other posts, lol.

    Just made the following soup:

    Parsnip and Apple Soup - by Adam Grey
    I used a very beautiful full cream milk and although the milk curdled, once it was put in the blender, no sign of the curdling at all.  Should have followed his recipe more exactly, but reckon instead of adding cream after cooking, my soup is beautful exactly as is.

    Now, I wondered Who is Adam Grey?


    Now, he doesn't look like someone to be messed with, now does he?  He's held a Michelin star for a decade and been in the chef-ing business for 30 years.

    If anyone asks for the post, I will post it here.  Otherwise, easy to find it by googling.  I loved the addition of Granny Apples to this soup which gives the tanginess to the parsnip.
