some basic rules

Here are 3 basic rules that i am standing by.

    1) Don't buy stocks with dwindling cash reserves (avoid exposure to placements/other capital raisings.) Example: MIK

    2) Don't buy a stock solely because of what managment says, especially when it involves the possibility of a larger ann. etc. (Avoid getting stuk in a stock for yonks waiting for that ann lol) Example: all biotech companies. Specific Example: BPO

    3) And the last of my basic rules. Don't enter an extremely illiquid stock. Avoid getting stuck obviously. Also avoid having no one to sell to in the event of a sep 11 etc.
