Some soldier who supposedly committed atttrocites could theoretically sue the Army/their superiors for following orders could they not?? Especially if they have witnesses This is where power abuse and mismanagement really gets interesting especially if civil suits pursue. It is not like the soldier is running a business and is empowered with large discretion because unlike other triforces the army is culturally fairly regimented following rules from above. So someone higher has to wear something one would think!!

There is an argument is the deaths of the SAS is a reflection of where the left as a collective goes wrong and individual responsibility and empowerment and duty is crushed by the power of the collective and peer pressure!!
