    G'day all,

    From the Age on Sat. 29/1, by Fleur Leyden;

    Justice Finkelstein yesterday reserved his decision on whether investors in controversial compression technology company Media World Communications could be declared contingent creditors in the administration of the company. Melbourne's Federal Court will reconvene on Tuesday.

    The Company's next creditors meeting, scheduled for February 11, may need to be postponed if a judgement is not delivered in time. Adam Clark, who sold allegedly fake video compression technology to Media World, is being sued in a separate $35 million class action.

    Cheers ... WJ
