    I think the main issue here is if IAS was aware of the unlawfull activity of this particular betting client. The article indicates that IAS's ex-employee may had suspected and raise but ignored ???.

    I think duty of care and moral obligation are questionable here and could be a remedies for CBA to launch legal challenge.

    Anyway, I think IAS is facing stiff competions from everywhere with lower margin, especially after the succesfull UniTAB merger.

    Not so sure if IAS can grow further in the near future..
