I have a feeling that Scigen was originally owned by Bioton as a subsidiary and Bioton divested the company to the ASX and only released 4-6% of their holding to prevent a substantial holder from being able to control any of the company. I am not sure but the company is heavily controlled by Bioton and any holders will be lucky to make money due to how illiquid it is. (My opinion only)
