    1. Stay with the current board who have managed to bastardise the share price from $6.00 to Suspended?
    2. Stay with the current board that are still getting paid for holding daily garage sales, of which we the owners of the junk, find out how much they have raised to pay the loans, of which we did not know existed (memory lapse)
    3. Stay with the current board who are are now wasting our resources once again by attempting to stop Chris Scott from gathering together a group of shareholders (who incidently between them hold about 15% minimum of the company)to have a say. The board are also seeking legal advice (MORE $) Incidentally Scott is bearing the costs of this gathering, let's not mention meeting!! In such volatile times, what does it matter.
    4. Stay with the board as they hold a mickey mouse meeting in Melbourne of all places, knowing full well that most shareholders are not in a position to fly there, stay there or take a day off work as all our monies are very precious at the moment. And what for - to change their name, which may not even matter to the majority especially if they never trade again.
    5. Stay with the board who's former leader is hiding out in the hills. This current board is a fri**ken joke, milking a wage every week, telling us they are in control and needing time to sort out a few things. What is a worry is what they will be doing with the remaining 35% of Stella. These directors have collectively lost your money, and should be held accountable. What type of perfomance review do you think they will get this year?? Could have done better? Maybe next time learn from your mistakes? Sometimes opening your mouth gets you into all kinds of trouble? Maybe we need to do some more management courses? How to read a P&L?What is good debt & bad debt? When all is said and done & there is nothing more to sell, who will employ these clowns?
    WELL PEOPLES WE ARE AT PRESENT - IF THEY CAME TO YOU FOR AN INTERVIEW AS A BUSINESS MANAGER & THE MFS EXPERIENCE WAS RECORDED ON THE RESUME WOULD YOU GIVE THEM A POSITION? CULL THE BOARD.
