The Scheme Meeting for the AZA merger is scheduled for the 18th. The final conversion for AZA to NXS shares is based on the average for the 20days prior to the Meeting. My guess is that the Crux reserve upgrade will therefore be released on the 29th March (20 days prior to the Meeting) in order to try and get the average up over $2.05 for those 20 days.
Would be worth taking a punt on the 28th
