You do know most of the Russian oil is sitting at sea in tankers trying to find a place to dump at bargain basement prices, because therer is only one large buyer... China. And China is trying not to rock the boat, by ushering in some of the cargoes by stealth. szaba_the_hut
Pretty soon Russia will run out of black tankers to store the oil on... then when the oil is released imagine the effect on oil prices at the illegal destination.... it will be worthless. The tankers will just want it off their boat...
Putin has Russia so dependent on China and North Korea it will strike at the heart of Russian soverienty, divorcing itself from Europe, it decided to head East... China is technogically superior to Russia, and under this relationship will only get worse.
