This is the post I made on NCI.
Well I knew that NCI wasn't going to be quiet with Ruffy trying to take 48% of PPG.
Now Ruffy has bought up 19.99% of NCI.
What is Ruffy's next move?
I suspect that bringing NCI & PPG together would be a great move.
The total business would have revenues of close to $300m and EBITDA of well over $20m. Ontop of this there should be some really good synergies to bank.
If the combination is done through shares only the combined group would have no debt and cash in the bank of around $20m.
The only thorn in the equation is whether the Tyrell's are open to where Ruffy wants to take this.
The next phase may be to back door list Ruffy's private packaging business through this vehicle.
