    I'm not sure what is going on but very strange they insist on doing all there 1 share transactions throughout the day. Is this the clearest way to get the message across that the price is being manipulated by someone that has access to hf trading and they obviously have a plan to push sp in a certain direction?
    only question now is are they dumping or accumulating.
