Since we are all twiddling our thumbs passing the time, some food for thought below:

A successful NASDAQ listing will trigger the conversion provisions of the QVT note. Its safe to assume they will convert their notes to shares. Lets not forget they have options also.

The conversion of notes and options will make them top dog on the share register.

Platinum Equity is currently top dog on the register. To put Platinum in context, they were 22nd on the 2006 Forbes list of largest private companies.

Now riddle me this....what does Platinum Equity do in the lead up to the NASDAQ listing?

(a) Do nothing
(b) Protect its Top Dog position as it can freely acquire on market up to 19.99% of TZ before the creep provisions kick in.
