It makes no difference where your domicile is, if you trade in OZ you pay income tax in OZ. I know, because for six years of my working life I was responsible for the financial affairs of an American company and it always, in that period, paid income tax in Australia. Of course I can't guarantee that all overseas owned companies pay their fair share of income tax, any more than I can guarantee that all local businesses pay their fair share of income tax.
But I could never workout the income tax obligations of our American executive, but that was the responsibility of our outside accountants, not mine.
