I received the below. It's good to see that the retail shareholder group still have the shareholders best interests at heart. I would hope FBR are working in the background to deliver on their promises.

Dear Fellow Retail Shareholders,

We would like to provide an update and reaffirm our ongoing commitment to protecting and enhancing the interests of FBR and retail shareholders.

While concerns remain regarding the current lack of government and major shareholder support, we remain cautiously optimistic that FBR’s core technologies, including Hadrian, Mantis, and other robotic construction platforms, can ultimately deliver value to long‑suffering retail shareholders. This outcome is achievable provided FBR can remain solvent and avoid excessive dilution.

Should any party attempt to advance a low‑ball takeover offer that does not reflect fair value (or pursue an alternative delisting strategy), we are prepared to request a Section 249 meeting. We are confident that the required 5% shareholder support will be achieved, and that the appropriate authorities will be obligated to act in the interests of retail shareholders.

In parallel, preparatory work has been undertaken in relation to media and government engagement, to ensure that the retail shareholder perspective is appropriately represented if required.

At this point, no funding is being sought. However, we welcome indicative feedback from shareholders who may be willing, if and when required, to contribute:

1) Time

2) Expertise,

3) Financial support

An understanding of the value and capabilities available within the retail shareholder base would be appreciated and will assist with contingency planning.

Should any funds ultimately be required, they would be held in trust, may not be called upon, and would be administered by an independent third party solely in the interests of retail shareholders. Any such process would be fully transparent and independently managed.

The objective of these actions is straightforward: to support FBR’s success and to ensure retail shareholders receive the return they deserve.
