reshuffling of directors, good or bad?

Mr Guiseppe (Joe) Mercorella has
accepted the position as Executive Chairman of Kalrez Energy Ltd,
effective Monday 20th January 2003.
Does anyone know the quality of this fellow please?

For the share price do all the bears have to run for cover , or the Bulls liquidate ?
Years back at The Coluseum the Emporor used the direction of his thumb , Up or Down with great effect.
