ReLODE Limited (RLD) commenced drilling the first drill hole within
its 100% owned Toondina Dam project within the Gawler Craton of South
Australia on Sunday 21 July 2002. The detailed ground-based magnetic
and gravity survey at the Ockenden project, located 15km to the
north-northeast of Toondina Dam has also commenced.

ReLODE is today pleased to announce that it commenced its first major
drilling campaign of up to eight drill-holes on 100% owned tenement

prospective part of the Gawler Craton south of Oodnadatta. The
targets, identified by ReLODE, are concealed under a cover of younger

side of an approximately 1 km long magnetic anomaly located at the
northern termination of a prominent gravity feature. Further drill
holes will follow to test other parts of this geophysical target.

The acquisition of detailed ground magnetics and gravity data at the
Ockenden project, located 15km to the north-northeast of Toondina Dam
and within EL2936, also commenced on Sunday 21 July 2002.
