Beauty brandForeohas recorded a $15million loss in sales after a technical glitch saw its $395 cleansing brush appear as $14.77 during the OceaniaBlack Fridaysales.
The Swedish label, which sells one product every three seconds worldwide, reduced some of the best sellers by as much as 40 per cent on November 26.
But an issue with the website saw the brand's UFO smart mask treatment appear as $14.77 (USD$9.99) online instead of the discounted $237 (USD$160) during a two-hour period on Friday, with 38,575 units being sold at the incorrect price.
Foreo has decided to honour the $14.77 price for all customers who bought the UFO in pearl pink, mint and fuchsia colours during that two-hour period.
