Record Australian dollar gold price of A$1,843/oz

And there goes gold ... up A$23/oz since my last post.

This morning it reached a record Australian dollar gold price of A$1,843 ounce (previous record A$1,839 ounce on Brexit day). IMLTHO, more records to be broken.

But you would not know it from looking at the HAV trades today!

Whether Mr Market recognises it or not, for every A$33/oz increase in the Australian gold price, that is an additional pre-tax gross cash flow of A$500,000 to HAV based on the unhedged JORC 15,000 gold ounces at the Portia Gold Mine.
