Agree, RAP have a strategy to get around the probable benefit outweigh risk and after 4 months more than usual for the submission review with the FDA and them requesting more human factor studies, the US is clearly not ready for ResAppDx to be regulatory approved as a diagnostic tool but triage for respiratory tract infection is a viable path. This show how behind even the US is at adopting smart phone as a diagnostic medical device compared to Europe, that's why they are considered the leaders in telehealth worldwide.
