    To provide clarity for anyone reading the thread ... the options were existing options. There were no new options issued.

    Strategic Investors negotiated to buy the options from a director (Dr Molloy) that left the company earlier in the year. We also don't know what the Strategic Investor paid Dr Molloy for the options.
