Putting Children in Prisons

Adult Crimes deserve Adult punishment they say.....

but has there been a bigger problem with children committing crimes?

whats been shown in legal jurisdiction across the northern states is that if parliaments write new laws police will find people to charge and the system will then imprison 'offenders' of the new laws.

Crimes need evidence. and the evidence shows theres been reductions in offences across the nation.
