But yeah, surely if you keep repeating the mantra, it will eventually come true. You should get this message to the conscripts dealing with the brunt of Russian capabilities, they would be glad to hear it: the Russian Army is exhausted and it is in no condition to continue.

My bad. There are 2 Russian armies. One is professional and the other is meat that doesn't want to go into the grinder.
