At the end of the day, IF PTD gets sufficiently strong patents to pursue its claims in the US (because that's the only real game in town I think), then this baby will make ASC look like a trash-and-treasure stall.

Problem is, what's the outlook for such a thing?

Been waiting a long time now, and it might be another two years before take-off (or not).
