Hi Folks,
I have made nearly so many official complaints with Bigpond Broadband cable.
I have faxed,written and phoned my local MP with very little success.
So far I rate them about 3 out of 10.They have increased their prices by about 20% and for this we get sh#t.Yes we pay them nearly $1000 per year for the worst fu#k-ing sevice I have ever had from a company in my life.
When will the managers and their like get serious and stop treating us like sh#t.
Broadband competition is this country does not exist and so Telstra reigns supreme...imho.
When will they start reducing their rates or start handing back our subscriptions ????
