Is anyone else of the opinion that ANZ price has j-curved at $29? Captain Goodvibes does. For these reasons
    1) already has a low P/E ratio

    2) ANZ shares have tested $31.50 already. There has been some organic growth in the company since then. Current price does not reflect real value.

    3) Superfund managers will be looking for safehavens to park super$ in the next 3 weeks or so. ANZ fits the requirements of fund managers. Safe, steady divvy paying and highly credible business.

    4) Commodity prices have plataeued/declined recently. Banks could be a place for investors to park $. Until short term prices show a trend...emphasis off BHP/ RIO for a while and onto other sectors - such as banks??

    5) Like all stocks there should be some price rises late July - August - September as part of the natural cycle of share prices.

    6) New financial year. Buying back into the market after previous finacial year close (tax nonsense etc)

    7) ANZ is already trading at a discount to competitors for no real reason (unless someone can tell me why???)

That is about it my dear friends...DYOR though

    Capt. Goodvibes...over and out...

FYI The Capt. has ANZ shares
