The SP is currently $2.44. If it closes under ~$2.48 today, this would form a head and shoulders with a target of ~$2.23. The volume confirms this - highest at the left shoulder peak, lower at the head peak and lower again at the right shoulder peak. Now waiting to see if we get higher volume breaking down through the neckline. Have been wanting to buy into PDN for a while, might have to wait a little longer.
