    Polaris Metals has approved the in-specie distribution of Souther Cross Goldfields to Polaris shareholders - therefore, with Heron ownning 20% of Polaris, HRR picks up approximately 4.5 million shares in SXG - distribution within 6 months. SXG to float at 20 cents.
