Don't think we can read all that much into what we are seeing. We had a dump at close today and POE have been up the last couple of days.
We will soon find out, what going on. I wonder if they had started testing over the weekend and monday. With no point telling the market until after it's finished. Good news would be good released on a good market up day like today tho.
