I’m not arguing about the result as such but the perception the general public gets by how the media reports it.
I was even surprised at an AGM that I attended in person that most of the smaller retailer attendees weren’t aware just how low numbers or percentage of holders can pass a resolution.
What is your problem with telling the general public, that for an example, in 2020 Qantas CEO case his payout package of $12 million was approved by small percentage of eligible voters?
What’ve you got against the extra information that was included in TAH report to the ASX about the numbers of holder’s for each resolution?
Pls respond with your counter arguments against improving transparency and reporting for the general public and other shareholders?
