With your PLS chart above, lower the white S/R line to the daily closed prices (instead of the wick), looks like a retest in that case.
IMO charting is a bit of an art, because everyone see's the same chart, the algos/instos like to play games with that.
Also, check out the weekly. If price closes above 38.5c at the end of the week, it will just be a backtest of the breakout.
