perrenial - her & mpm

  1. Hi perrenial, its good to see that there are still people putting down gold & gold stocks here. It probably means that this bull market in PM is just warming up.

What do you make of the last announcement from HER re the higher expenditure needed for the Coolgardie Gold Project? Could this be holding the share price back atm? They share this project with MPI Mines, an LSG company, which lists on Thursday. The ASX Code will be MPM.

I think the nickel and gold twin exposure could really make this company (MPM) fly in 2003. (They are a producer by the way). Nickel should also do well this year.

The shares (offered at 40c) were impossible to get. LSG shareholders were offered some but then they scaled the number of shares you could take up because of the huge demand. I was in two minds whether to take up some but in the end decided I had enough exposure through LSG.

I think though MPM could be a (gold/nickel) stock to watch this year.

    Cheers,
    Jeb
