Performance Rewards

    I question the structure and meaning of performance rewards ?????????????
    I have no issue with staff being rewarded for performance and quote me if I'am wrong that the quality of the performance should have some reflection in the share price.
    In house the reasoning is transparent to shareholders we are left wondering!
    Our rewards come hopefully when those that have received the bonuses, that their decisions have a positive effect
    we are quick to forget, a negative effect quick to condemn, call it accountability
    Just my thoughts
    and yes time will tell Lets hope that all is in the positive corner
